**Job Description**:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and supporting students in their daily educational activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting Learning: Collaborate with the lead teacher to implement lesson plans and deliver engaging educational activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may require additional assistance.

Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and orderly learning environment. Assist in managing student behaviour and promoting positive discipline techniques.

Resource Preparation: Prepare and organise teaching materials, resources, and equipment to enhance the learning experience.

Individualised Support: Work closely with students who have specific learning needs or require extra support. Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) as directed by the teacher or Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO).

Communication: Maintain effective communication with teachers, parents, and other staff members to ensure a collaborative approach to student development.

**Requirements**:
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
A genuine passion for education and a desire to support students' learning and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build rapport with students.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic educational environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
An understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
Knowledge of SEN (Special Educational Needs) and experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in an educational setting.
Familiarity with different learning styles and teaching methods.
