Kitchen Fitter

Isolate and remove existing kitchen
- Make good walls following electrical rewire
- Self level latex floor
- 1st fix Plumbing
- Installation of kitchen units and worktops
- Installation of tiles
- Liaise with electrician to arrange 2nd fix electrical
- Decorations to walls and woodwork
- 2nd fix plumbing (connections to taps and sink waste/washing machine connections
- Vinyl Flooring (not essential but preferable)
- Silicone Sealant
- Cleaning

The role could be on a PAYE or self employed basis, with the package as a whole adjusted accordingly

A van could be supplied with the role, but is also open to self employed tradesmen with a van, with the package adjusted accordingly

Experience/Qualifications:

- Several years of experience in the trade and being able to demonstrate excellent ability in the desired areas.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, approachable and a trustworthy team player.
- Good organisational skills.
- Must be friendly and have a professional attitude.

**Salary**: £150.00-£250.00 per day
