Working with our client based in the Littleborough area we are looking to recruit a strong administrator to join a fantastic and ever growing business. As the Help Desk Administrator you will be responsible for providing all administrator support for the wider team, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment and have high attention to detail
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Adding / Loading quotes and jobs to the database
- Responding to emergency call out requests from clients and actioning within timeframes
- Liaising with Engineers and Contractors
- Handling and completing all relevant administrative duties
- Dealing with all telephone queries from client/ contractors and staff from other areas of the business
- General admin duties
Personal Profile:
- Looking for someone with strong administration experience and has experience working in a fast paced environment
- Must have “can do” attitude and confident to complete duties with mínimal supervision
- Good IT skills - able to us Microsoft Office Package
- Strong communication skills
