Working 08:00 - 16:30, 5 days per week

Fixed shift patterns on a 4 week rota basis. You can expect to work 3 Saturday shifts per month.

**As one of our Warehouse Order Pickers, you will**:

- Accurately and efficiently be picking, packing and dispatching store orders.
- Ensure effective stock rotation and report to the Supervisor any goods that damaged in any way
- Undertake the necessary training and any relevant refresher training in order to maintain effectiveness in your role and to carry out your role in a safe and efficient manner.
- To avoid stock damage in line with company procedures
- Work within the health and safety requirements of the site.
- Be working within a chilled and ambient environment.

This role is very physical and includes picking items weighing up to 20KG.

**You will need**:

- To be physically fit as this is a demanding role and you will be expected to achieve productivity targets.
- To help promote and encourage the spirit of teamwork within the logistics areas and ensure the support of your colleagues
- To demonstrate all the characteristics of the client outlined in their Company Purpose - generous, warm, caring, uncompromising, bold, innovative and winning.
