**Permanent Full-Time - Working close to home.**
- £11.53 - 13.00 per hour basic pay.
- Weekly Hours 40, 42 or 45 hours a week, with flexible start / finish times between 8am - 8pm.
- £26,000 to £30,000 a year average earnings with additional bonuses on average £250 -300 monthly.
- 40 - 45 hours a week guaranteed with flexible start and finish times.
- Hours of work mostly will be Monday - Friday 8am -8pm. (occasionally Saturday few hours)
- Weekly payment.
- Mileage allowance paid 34 pence per mile.

**What you need**:

- Full UK Driving Licence minimum 1 year (Maximum 6 points) _some areas in London we accept walkers who can use public transport and we will cover expenses; you do not need license in those areas._
- Own vehicle (Company car based on availability)
- Be able to obtain business use for your insurance policy
- Physically fit: expect to walk up to 4 -7 miles per day, climbing stairs and crouching, bending in tight spaces.
- Happy to work in all weather conditions.
- Clear DBS check (no unspent criminal convictions)
- Previous Customer Service experience (preferred not essential).

**Duties**:

- Retrieving data from domestic Gas and Electric Meters full training will be given.
- Charge Point Surveys.
- Adhering to Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

**Training**:

- Full training is provided, so experience is not necessary, although would be a benefit. Training is 1 week and will be both classroom-based and field-based with an experienced meter reader, so you get to see the job through a professional’s eyes.
