Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.

We have an exciting new role based in Ipswich.

**The Job Role**:
The client is a lady currently based in a residential home who requires one on one support to assist with her mental health needs.

You will be trained in the specifics of this clients individual needs as well as our routine mandatory training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Personal care
- Medication management
- Moving and Handling
- Management of a mental health condition.
- Social interaction
- Completion of daily recording paperwork
- Reporting safeguarding concerns

The shift lengths and types will be as follows:
Day Shifts:
07:00-16:00 Mon - Sun.

contracted house between 18 and 31.5 per week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woodbridge, IP12 4AA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
