**£35,000 - £38,000 per annum + £3,600 performance bonus (£900 every three months)**

Our team in Blackpool is currently looking for a seasoned Disability Assessor to join us. As a Disability Assessor, your primary responsibility is to evaluate individuals with disabilities and health conditions to determine if they are eligible for government benefits. You will be conducting assessments through face-to-face, telephone, or Zoom sessions and creating comprehensive reports based on your findings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and Zoom assessments with individuals with disabilities
- Write detailed reports based on your findings
- Make informed decisions about eligibility for government benefits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one-year post-registration experience as a Nurse, Doctor, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to a car for work purposes
