Overview:
We are seeking a talented Politics Public Speaking Trainer fluent in Italian and based in London. As a trainer, you will play a vital role in coaching and empowering political public speaker to improve communication skills and enhance public speaking effectiveness when addressing Italian-speaking audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Public Speaking Training: Deliver engaging and effective public speaking training session on Italian-speaking contexts.
- Speech Development: Collaborate with interessants to create impactful and well-structured speeches that resonate with Italian audiences while aligning with political objectives.
- Presentation Skills Coaching: Provide personalized coaching on presentation skills, voice modulation, body language, and overall stage presence to enhance communication delivery in Italian.
- Language Proficiency: Demonstrate an advanced level of fluency in Italian to facilitate seamless communication during training sessions and offer language-specific insights.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Display a deep understanding of Italian culture and communication nuances to ensure clients' messages are conveyed effectively and with cultural appropriateness.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess progress and performance during training sessions, providing constructive feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
- Research and Analysis: Stay informed about political developments and current affairs in Italy, incorporating relevant information into training materials.
- Tailored Communication Strategies: Develop individualized communication strategies, taking into account specific political goals and the preferences of Italian-speaking audiences.
- Training Materials Development: Create and update training materials, resources, and exercises to ensure they align with needs and address the challenges of public speaking in the Italian context.

**Requirements**:

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate and deliver training in the target language.
- Public Speaking Experience: Demonstrated experience in public speaking and training, preferably with a focus on political communication or related fields.
- Political Awareness: Solid understanding of political dynamics and communication challenges in Italy to tailor training sessions accordingly.
- Cultural Competence: Sensitivity to Italian cultural norms and customs to adapt training techniques to desired background.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with receiver and deliver training content.
- Leadership Abilities: Capable of motivating and inspiring to overcome challenges and reach full public speaking potential.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt training approaches to suit individual needs and schedules.
- Education: A degree in communication, political science, international relations, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Training Experience: Prior experience as a public speaking trainer or communication coach is preferred but not mandatory.
