**CHARITIES SOLICITOR**

Experienced Charities Solicitor is required by national law firm working from its London office.
**Role Overview**
You will join a national department which has established itself as a market leader in providing advice to the charities sector. You will work in its London team and will have specialist experience in company and charity law. The department deals with charities,social enterprises, co-operatives, staff led mutuals, professional bodies, trade associations and businesses supporting charities on a full range of matters.
The firm is looking for a solicitor with the following:

- 3+ years' specialist experience in charity and company law
- Ideally some previous experience advising on regulation of social enterprises.
- A self-motivator who generates business ideas and interested in helping develop the firms client base and networks.
- Experience of contractual drafting.
- Ability to work with colleagues across the firms other offices nationally.
