**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development
- You must be passionate about working with children and ensuring they are happy and safe
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity and cultural awareness
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals
- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

Qualifications:

- Minimum of a Level 2 Early Years Education qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with young children in a nursery, early years setting or afterschool club from the ages of 3 to 8 years old
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A passion for working with young children

Hours:
We are looking for the following hours which may be 1 person to cover all hours in 1 job or 2 people in 2 jobs. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11.15am until 3.15pm term time only and Monday to Friday 3.15pm until 5.45pm. Term time only.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 30 per week

- Herts, HP4 2LJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
