It’s Fresh is a food technology business that helps the entire food supply chain to extend the shelf-life of fresh fruit and vegetables, to reduce waste and optimise produce quality.

Our mission is to lead the world in innovative solutions that extend the quality and eating experience of fresh produce.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an **Executive Assistant **toperform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.

As an **Executive Assistant**, the key accountabilities and responsibilities are:

- Supporting the Senior team by taking responsibility for organising internal and external meetings, drafting agendas, collating papers, providing support for report preparation
- Bookings rooms, circulating papers in a timely manner, arranging travel itineraries and accommodation when required, as well as notices and timetable ensuring that appropriate equipment is available.
- Providing administrative support to contracting meetings, including minute taking, agenda setting, and management of issue logs/action trackers and follow-up of actions required in between meetings.
- Supporting the Senior team with diary management, and administrative tasks such as collating expenses and booking travel.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Solid experience of working as an Executive Assistant at Senior Management or Board level
- Experience of preparing and maintaining meeting papers including agendas, minutes, and action logs.
- The ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines, and work on your own initiative.
- Effective communication skills.
- Demonstrable time management and organisational skills.
- A detail-oriented self-starter and completer finisher.
- Sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
- Dynamic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office packages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
