DESCRIPTION
- An independent insurance brokerage in Manchester City Centre are currently recruiting into their Finance team with a new opportunity available for a Finance Administrator with credit control responsibilities.
- As Finance Administrator, you will take responsibility for the credit control process working collaboratively with others in the team, delivering a high level of client service to the broking business.
- In order to hit the ground running, you must have good finance or transactional experience, coming within an insurance broking or similarly regulated environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of credit control, ensuring a high degree of diplomacy is always demonstrated.
- Processing cash receipts and payments.
- Reconciling, approval and payment of insurance company accounts.
- Reconciling bank statements.
- Processing cash receipts and payments.

Background and Experience:
- Proven finance or transactional experience, coming within an insurance broking or similarly regulated environment.
- A professional attitude along with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Insurance/Client Money accounting knowledge relating to finance operations is desirable.
- Willingness to go the extra mile for clients when needed.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel.

Salary and Benefits:
- £25,000-£28,000 Dependent on Experience
- 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
