**Job Title**: Administrator

**Pay Rate**:£11.30 - £12.50

**Working hours**:40 Hour per Week (Monday - Friday only)

**Location**: Penrith, Cumbria

**Start Date**: Immediate Start

**The Role**
- Invoicing.
- Typing Reports.
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answering phones.
- Handling Queries and resolving issues.
- Data entry, retrieval and database maintenance.
- Any other generic admin duties.

**The Requirements**
- Computer Literate
- Able to meet deadlines and work within stringent timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Benefits & Requirements**:

- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
