- 73189I am recruiting an Installation Foreman for a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Scarborough. The role is a permanent position offering a high volume of overtime in the peak of the installation season

As the Installation Forman you will be an integral part of the team coordination and executing onsite installations and disassembly and maintaining and repairing all event hire stock

The hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm with a high volume of overtime in the peak installation season in the summer

Pay - Circa £13.50ph Overtime at x1.5 after 40 hours (however pay will be offered based on level of experience)

As the Installation Foreman you will
- Lead the onsite installation team attending events / site throughout the UK
- Ensure all stock required prior to installation is quality checked and packed prior to departure
- Manage all health and safety of all onsite installations, following all Sop and procedures to ensure this is achieved
- Good communication skills as will be working with customers face to face on site
- Maintain all hire stock when not in use
- Keep accurate records of all stock including repairs, damage and non
- returns

I would love to see your CV if you
- Ideally have previous experience working within the events / marquee erection industry
- Worked within the building sector or window and doors installation.
- The role requires overnight stays so must have the flex to do this as required
- The role is very physically demanding
- Strong understanding of H&S processes and able to implement them as directed
- Have a flexible approach to hours to cover the peak season in summer
- Have previous experience leading a small team
- Be comfortable in a customer facing role
