**Accounting Associate Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Thorough review of client records
- General bookkeeping, VAT, and accounts production
- Review statutory accounts and corporation tax computations
- Data input into software, typically utilising VT and Xero
- Conducting monthly reconciliations

**Your Profile**:
We are seeking individuals who embody the following qualities:

- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice - **Must**:

- Strong ability to manage workloads, especially under tight deadlines
- Sound working knowledge of practice operations and relevant tax matters (VAT)
- Proficient in Xero and VT
- Personable and confident in client interactions
- Comfortable working within a fast paced dynamic team
- Thorough understanding of all tax aspects
- Ideally AAT, ATT, or ACCA part or fully qualified
- A high level of attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

This role comes with numerous benefits on top of the basic salary.

**Salary**: Up to £26,000.00 per year
