**Sales Executive**

**Basic: £40,000 - £50,000 / OTE £25,000 - £40,000 (Uncapped) + Car Allowance + Benefits**

Our client are leading UK provider of professional services, software, compliance and support with decades of experience. With over 40,000 customers spread across 45 verticals they are a market leader focused on quality and a professional experience fortheir customers. The company aim to help HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety leadership teams to become more effective, whilst disruptingthe traditional model.

As their SaaS Sales expert, you will identify opportunities to sell SaaS solutions into new business and the existing client base. In the first instance this will focus on their HR Software solutions but will broaden to the wider portfolio of SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across our business to proactively generate new business and cross sell opportunities within their new and existing client-base. You will ensure a strong defined cross-sell approach and proactively manageall major partnership opportunities, taking the lead on service and pricing proposition.

**Key Responsibilities: Sales Executive**
- Cross sell the SaaS proposition into existing customers.
- Generate new business relationships through proactive selling and leads created by the marketing and SDR teams.
- Champion the SaaS solutions in the business.
- Proposal/tender response follow up, active engagement with all decision-making influencers.
- Proactively manage all partnership opportunities.
- Take the lead on service and pricing proposition.
- Writing where necessary and bid and tender responses.
- Through strong relationship building generate new business through referrals.

**Experience Required: Sales Executive**
- 2+ year’s experience selling SaaS solutions
- Experience selling HR, eLearning, Compliance software would be a huge advantage
- Demonstrates a passion and enthusiasm for success, excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, time management and organisational skills, alongside a solution mindset.
- Comfortable selling in to existing relationships as well as in to new business customers
- You have a demonstrable background of opening new opportunities through existing portfolios
- Proven use of sales methodology and sales process, including CRM (ideally Salesforce)
