Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the rentals team to ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Uploading compliance documentation onto system and updating clients
- Maintain compliance documentation with precision and professionalism.
- Monitor expiring documentation, renewals and keep track of ongoing compliance projects.
- Liase with clients to support their on-going licensing paperwork ie HMO

You must have:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Be able to work under pressure
- Strong IT skills
- Be a clear communicator, with strong client-facing skills and excellent telephone skills
- Have a Full Valid Driving Licence

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company compliance. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the overall efficiency of our team.

**Salary**: £8.32-£11.79 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 28 per week
