**Main Areas Of Responsibility**

**Customer service**
- Excellent Customer Service levels to both tenants and landlords
- Weekly Landlord updates
- Developing relationship with Landlords

**Administration**
- Conducting viewings
- Meeting monthly branch targets
- Negotiating with Landlord & Tenants
- Completing pre-tenancy paperwork
- Incoming phone calls

**Marketing**
- Preparing marketing photos
- Preparing marketing video tours
- Creating property window displays
- Any other tasks reasonably asked by line manager.

**Working Hours**

37 hour week (1 hour lunch breaks)
- Mon 9.15 - 1800
- Tue 9.15 - 1800
- Wed 9.15 - 1800
- Thur 9.15 - 1800
- Fri 9.15 - 1700

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
