IT Support Technician

As IT Site Support you will provide end user, site, business, and project support to a level that maximises and ensures adherence to existing IT processes and support services.
**IT Support Technician Responsibilities include:**:

- Deal with general IT enquiries and support requests
- Provide support to the Project Managers to facilitate the delivery of IT related requirements
- Help facilitate technical upgrades
- Assist with site audits
- Work with the IT Management Team and Shared Service team to support any initiatives that require technical support
- Trouble-shoot any escalated technical issues, owning the issue through to resolution Understand the network topology to a level where support to the business can be provided
- Work with the Infrastructure Site Manager in building and maintaining IT Partner relationships
- Provide IT guidance to the business on new and expanding business opportunities Facilitate 3rd party deliverable acting as the interface between Unipart and the IT Partners
- Provide support to the business with the RFW process
- Provide assistance as required in the Asset Management process
- Provide “best practice” Business Application support e.g. Google Apps, MS Office, to enable better use of the products within the business community

**IT Support Technician Requirements:**:

- Hands on experience supporting hardware including printers and warehouse handheld devices.

**Location**:Onsite - Cowley, Oxfordshire
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 40 hours per week Monday-Friday
**Salary**: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum
