The role is key to enabling us to change how we deliver HR services, ensuring the appropriate operational control environment is in place to maintain standards and delivery whilst driving improvements and automation in line with the transition plan.. **About the Role**
- Work with the People Team Leads to prioritise and manage defects, data errors, and other operational issues through to resolution to embed new HCM technology.
- Deliver a review and gap analysis of the HR operational environment to ensure the appropriate controls, process documentation and capability are in place
- Deliver a detailed plan that creates the conditions for us to accelerate transformation, on stable foundations, in line with our ambitions. Working with stakeholders in our division to prioritise, collaborate and plan across the teams.
- Lead implementation of delivery model for the People Services and integration across the organisation. Ensuring we architect that across all the events in the employee lifecycle and that we maintain a grip of operational issues, process change and operationalise these with structure, governance and documentation to support.
- Identifying and driving activity deemed critical to success - e.g. policy items, data architecture, process improvement, automation, etc
- Managing internal & external stakeholders to support engagement, embedding change and deliver benefits

**About You**

You will need extensive operational experience, ideally in a regulated environment
- Broad experience of HR disciplines.
- Strong process and technical infrastructure knowledge, ideally in a people context.
- Experience of managing project teams and wider programmes of work.
- Specialist knowledge of change and transformation management.
