Salaryis £19,000 - £24,000 Dependant on experience, Hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch.

**Customer Service Executive Duties:**
- Contacting prospects clients to generate leads for all departments and booking appointments when required.
- Contacting customers at regular intervals to ensure they remain happy with their vehicle and service they are receiving.
- Internal and external call handling.
- Nurturing existing and lapsed customers to promote full company services and products.
- Identify opportunities to generate new business and where necessary book appointments for Sales Executives.
- Responding to online live chat enquiries.
- Follow up marketing campaigns and make market research calls.
- Accurately logging and recording call details using internal CRM, online systems and spreadsheets as per company protocol.
- Supporting other areas of the business with any other ad hoc office duties.

**Customer Service Executive Requirements**:

- Previous experience within a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role required.
- You will have strong customer service skillset, an exceptional telephone manner with a dedicated and enthusiastic approach to work.Required excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous but not necessary as full training will be given.
- Required proficient in Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word outlook. You will be trained on internal CRMs but knowledge of Autoline CRM system would be advantageous.
