Dumper Driver

Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and commercial driving experience.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods and materials
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and invoices
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Driver or in a similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial driving experience is preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dumper: 1 year (preferred)
- Excavator: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
