The Burford Recruitment Company are delighted to be working with a global manufacturing company located in Witney, who are seeking a QHSE Administrator on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for supporting/ completing product certificates in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- To collate manufactured product work test certificates and associated documents into customer certification packs
- Assist with the maintenance of compliance through proactive support of QHSE monitoring and continual improvement processes
- Management may from time to time require you to carry out tasks in addition to your normal duties, provided these tasks are both reasonable and within your capabilities

**Skills and attributes required**:

- Understanding of ISO Document Management Systems
- Experience of using PDF editors
- IT literate including experience of SAP or a similar system
- Alpha-numeric literate
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels within the business

**Additional information**:
