PCB Operator

STEM recruitment solutions have a great opportunity for temporary to permanent production workers in the Musselburgh/Edinburgh area.

A P.C.B.Operator is an operator who works in the designated department within the Printed Circuit Division. The operator will be trained in a number of different processes/ machines within that department. They may also be trained to work within different departments within the division.

The main departments within the division are:

- Machining
- Wet Process
- Printing and Surface Finishing
- Post-production - Includes - Router, Electrical Test and Final Inspection

Ability to work in a fast-paced high technology production environment

Previous experience in Electronic manufacturing preferred but not essential. Full training is given.

**Specific Responsibilities/Authority**
- Vary with department and Machine/Process. A full list of responsibilities/authority will be advised during specific machine training.
- To ensure that all work output is manufactured and inspected to acceptable quality standards
- To ensure that their charts/maintenance logs are correctly completed and carried out as specified
- The shift patterns are 6am-2pm Monday to Friday one week then 2pm-10pm the next week with early finish on a Friday

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
