**School Cleaner / Handy Person required for Winmarleigh Primary School**

To carry out a full range of duties to provide high standards of cleanliness and ad-hoc maintenance duties to the school premises. Water checks, Playground checks and Fire alarm Test ** Full training will be provided and guidance no previous experience required **

**Location: Winmarleigh Church of England Primary School, Church Lane, Winmarleigh, Near Garstang, Preston PR3 0LA**

**Hours: 10 hours a week 3:30pm-5:30pm**
**Contract type: Part Time - Permanent Pay rate: £13.00 per hour **Your contract will be based on 42 week contract providing services to the school based on 39 week term time and 3 week closure cleaning in the summer.

Winmarleigh Church of England Primary School is a small, happy village school situated on the outskirts of Garstang. The school prides itself on its capacity to offer an extremely personalised curriculum to each child, a broad range of sporting and high quality extra curricula provision, strong links to St. Luke’s Church, an outstanding outdoor area and excellent relationships with our families.

We wish to appoint a Cleaner/ Handy Person for daily cleaning of the school building and any ad-hoc maintenance jobs, whilst maintaining a safe environment and a high standard of cleanliness. You will also undertake porterage and handyman duties, operate cleaning equipment and may lock up when required. You will work as part of a small team, managed by the Head and School Business Manager.
