**Job Description**:
Bright Young Things Tuition is seeking dedicated Tutors and Supervisors with experience working in schools to join our Epsom centre. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and support students in their learning journey. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can deliver engaging lessons and create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions to students of various age groups and academic levels. Plan and prepare tailored lessons based on students' individual needs and learning styles. Provide clear explanations, examples, and guidance to help students grasp challenging concepts. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and track their development. Collaborate with the centre team to ensure effective communication and a supportive learning environment. As a Supervisor, oversee the smooth running of the centre, including coordinating tutors and assisting with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:
Previous tutoring or teaching experience in a school setting is highly desirable. Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. A degree or relevant qualification in a related field is preferred but not essential. Must be willing to undergo a Safer Recruitment compliance process.

Pay:
£8.40ph-£20ph dependent on experience and education level. Zero hours contract.
