Service Care Solutions have a vacancy for a Caretaker with a Driving Licence working with a Housing Association based in Oldham.

Main duties will include
- Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects following a customer's tenancy coming to an end.
- Maintaining a high standard off cleanliness with in the homes you are responsible for; making sure it meets health & safety requirements and is left in a suitable state for trade operatives to work in.
- Carrying out minor repair works including lock changes
- Maintain gardens and outsides of the properties e.g. strimming, cutting grass, hedge cutting, removing rubble, filling ponds & levelling of soil
- Removal of any items left within the properties and ensure they are disposed of correctly following health and safety guidance.
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation and records for any weigh in waste, in accordance with Policies and Procedures.
- Maintenance of all equipment

Working hours for this vacancy will be 39 hours Monday to Friday.
