This role requires a flexible working pattern, e.g., Sundays (half day), Monday - Thursday. Part time hours may also be available.

- Experience working in a similar role is mandatory
- Any other farming experience will be advantageous
- Be self-motivated but also work as part of a team
- Possess excellent organisational and communicational skills

- A full driving licence
- Completion of agricultural training courses
- Willing to learn new skills
