**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Sourcing and liaising with third party vendors globally to provide IT & AV equipment
- Purchase order processing
- Manage delivery timescales, mitigating delays and reporting such to management
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing a high level of customer service to our clients, some of which are leading global IT organizations
- Proactively plan and organize inbound and outbound deliveries to meet implementation dates
- Undertake training as required or as identified by management for the proper execution or development within your role/company.
- Any other ad hoc duties as reasonably required by the company and within the competency of the post-holder

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- 1+ years' experience in a Procurement or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong numeracy skills and analytical ability
- Efficient time management skills, with ability to manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Able to work as part of a team in a fast moving, growing global company
- Evidence of excellent organisational and proactive problem solver, who can think on their feet
- Proactively plan, organize and overcome any issues with supply
- Can maintain a high standard of work, even when working under pressure and handling multiple issues
- Be a motivated, self-starter and can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in their work.
- Be flexible and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the customer working across different time zones.
- Fully COVID-19 Vaccinated

**DESIRABLE SKILLS**:

- Degree in Business and IT management or related business discipline
- Demonstrable experience working in either a Procurement / Customer Service / IT or Logistics role
- Experience of Audio Visual / Video Conferencing and Networking environments
- Experience using ERP systems e.g., Sage X3, QuickBooks
- A firm knowledge of the supply chain process
