Working with the support of qualified teachers you will:

- provide learning opportunities to meet the needs of individual learners, working with them 1:1 throughout the day
- lead small group activities to enhance the knowledge and skills of groups of learners who face similar challenges
- lead, assess and record the outcomes of interventions to evidence impact of and inform next steps, in discussion with the teacher

These roles involve working as a general TA and as one to one support with individual children at different points during the day. Experience of both would be an advantage.
