Our Osborne Property Services Business

Our Property Services business works with local authorities and social housing landlords in evolving new approaches to maintaining social housing stock. Our focus is on total asset management, value creation, and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers and their residents, reducing the reliance on reactive repairs, whilst our partnership ethos brings fresh thinking, innovation and flexibility. We also work in collaboration with sustainable construction specialists and key supplier partners offering social housing providers a comprehensive and fully integrated zero carbon retrofit service.
- The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity to join our property services team as a Lead Works Planner/Scheduler, supporting our contract with Arun District Council. The purpose of this role is to manage the day-to-day work of the Planners, who look after the Multi Trade Operatives diaries to ensure all jobs are adequately allocated, attended and jobs re-booked or closed off as necessary. The team are the first point of contact for residents and our client to log all repairs and aid in any queries whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times. You will ensure that all appointments are kept and ensure we attain 100% compliancy whilst leading and motivating your team.

This role will be based in our Littlehampton office, working Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.

What are we looking for?

It is vital that you have previous customer service and planning or scheduling experience, preferably within the housing or repairs sector. Along with this, you will have experience leading or managing a team. You must also be highly IT literate and have the ability to multitask as this will be a busy yet rewarding role. You will have real passion for providing the highest level of customer service whilst being empathetic.
