3D Generalist

**Company Description**

We are a hugely ambitious company, that aims to better prepare students and improve training within different industries. We are currently working on a project for the Boeing 737NG aircraft and creating training videos for trainee pilots across the world.

**Responsibilities & duties**
- Creation of realistic Aircraft animations
- Texturing in a PBR workflow
- 3D scene assembly
- Creation of camera animations (cinematography)
- Use of lighting, colour and composition
- Being able to work within a team
- To liaise with qualified training captains to achieve the desired clarity, accuracy and quality
- Manage your workload and delivering on agreed timelines

In addition to the technical skills, you will need:

- Strong organisational skills
- Problem Solver
- Creative and ideas maker
- Proven interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- A willingness to develop and learn new skills

**Essential experience**
- Experience in Blender 3D or equivalent (with a desire to transition to Blender)
- Experience using Eevee and Cycles render engines

**Desirable Experience**
- Hard Surface asset modelling and UVs
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine
- Experience in creating VFX Simulations (Smoke/Fluid Sims)
- Experience in Photoshop
- Technical/scripting skills

**Qualifications**
- Degree Level Qualification in 3D production (Or equivalent skill-level shown in your portfolio/showreel)

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoke-on-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
