This vacancy is for a live-in Personal (Care) Assistant in the Brighton area. We require a female worker who will work 1 full week every 3 weeks.

About me:_**
I am a friendly, easy going and open-minded person. I have various interests such as psychology/history/true crime/alternative news. Having ADHD I really enjoy learning new things and spend time watching films, series and documentaries.

What support I need:_**
I am looking for someone who is enthusiastic, caring, has excellent communication skills, patient and a reliable team player, has previous care experience and preferably in complex care or with a good knowledge of Spinal Injury (AD), although full training will be given.
**About you and our requirements**:
You will need to have experience in care, preferably with clients with similar care needs. You must be comfortable with dogs and working in a smoking environment (this will be risk assessed and discussed at interviews). You must be able to work 1 week in 3 on a rolling rota.
You will need to have a full UK driving licence and be aged over 25yrs for insurance purposes.
This post is exempt under The Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9 Part 1 - there is a genuine occupational requirement to recruit
**female** support workers only.
An enhanced DBS disclosure is required for this vacancy (expense met by HomeCareDirect)
**What we can offer you**:
The current rates of pay are:
Monday to Sunday: 8am to 11pm - £14.01 per hour
Monday to Sunday: 11pm to 8am - £10.42 per hour (sleep in rate)
1 weeks live-in pay rate - £2127.51
