Position**:Teaching Assistant**

Type of work**:Supporting students 1:1 and small groups**

Minimum rate of pay: £90 a day

Hour: 8 am-4pm (term time only)

The ideal Teaching Assistant would be**confident, dedicated, positive** and a **good role model for the students**. The role entails supporting students 1:1 and in small groups alongside the class teacher. This role is suitable for someone who has an interest in growing alongside other members of staff and enhances the bettermentand progression of students both inside and outside of the classroom.

Teaching assistants work alongside the class teacher throughout the school day. They help manage class behaviour and work with the students assisting them with their class activities. They help supervise students during school events and outings. They providestudents with comfort and sense of stability. Often Teaching assistants work part time through Monday
- Friday.

The role will be full time and based in the same school through the academic year which guarantees a regular income and a routine. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to progress into teaching and experience the education sector.

**TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE SCHOOL. No Prior training/ experience is required, just a positive mindset and willingness to learn and grow. We offer training as well**
