**Property Valuer/Manager based in Hexham**

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Valuer/Manager.

Although experience is essential, full training will be provided and as Winners of the Sunday Times Letting agency of the year awards as well as achieving gold in investors in people you can rest assured you will be working for a fantastic company with lots of opportunity.

**A day in the life of a Valuer**

You will start your day with a morning meeting with the rest of your team

You will follow up on valuations and any new business opportunities and have a keen eye for new business generation

You will work to targets around listings and conversion rates

You will actively prospect for new business

You will monitor business generation and targets for your branch

You will carry out sales and lettings valuations

You will need a full, clean driving license and use of your own car and we will pay 45p per mile for all business miles.

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as every other Saturday, from 9am -12pm.

**Salary**: £26,000 to £29,000 with OTE of £32,000
