- Job Purpose
- At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope, and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. The business is growing, and we have a need for a Recruiter to support the business, sourcing top talent for the organisation. You will play a key role in providing support to our hiring managers and will work closely together with our HR Business Partners to meet our business needs. This position will have the responsibility of managing the full recruitment cycle, whilst driving our recruitment strategy and building a future talent pipeline.
This is 12 months fixed term contract role.
- Job Description
Follows up on recruitment activities such as advertising vacancies in newspapers, on-line recruiting channels via agencies, etc.
- Identifies competencies and shortlists CV’s in line with the job requirements
- Maintains a database and contact with recruiting agencies
- Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics related to recruitment
- Gives support to Recruitment Manager in all recruitment related matters
- Acts as a representative to outside organizations and professional bodies
- Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
- Executes recruitment policies and procedures aligned with local recruitment strategy
- Organizes and attends relevant job fairs, promotes the business as employee of choice

Previous internal and/ or external recruitment experience
- People assessment skills (competency based interview, personality tests, etc.)
- Fluent in English
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- High level stakeholder engagement ability
