We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Roofer. As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial roofs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform site assessments to determine the suitability of roofs for solar panel installation. - Install solar racking systems and panels according to engineering specifications and local building codes. - Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely completion of projects. - Conduct roof penetrations and waterproofing as needed. - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar installations. - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. - Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in roofing or construction preferred. - Familiarity with solar panel installation techniques and equipment. - Ability to work comfortably at heights and in various weather conditions. - Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
