**Job Description**:
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to work for a fun vibrant company in Burnham on Sea
You will receive a salary of £22,000 with a very realistic OTE of £24,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm & 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the
week)
As the Administrator you will also receive funding towards your ARLA exams and qualifications which is a great benefit to have if you are looking to start your career within the property industry
Main Duties
- Be the face of the branch greeting and assisting all customers
- First line for all in-bound telephone enquiries to the lettings department
- Ensuring presentation of the office window displays are relevant, smart, and rotated often
- Assist with measuring and drawing property floorplans
- Advising prospective tenants, understanding their requirements & sourcing the best properties to match
- Social Media lead, ensuring relevant content is uploaded regularly to the office's social media platforms
- Assisting the Valuers with admin duties including editing photographs, drawing floor plans, writing valuation letters and more
