**Your new company**
You will be working for a successful business based in the Peterborough area, that are one of the leading players in their field. They are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
**Your new role**
As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, it's not a surprise to hear that your core responsibilities will be focused around accounts payable duties which will include reconciling supplier statements, posting supplier invoices, posting credit notes and dealing with any supplierqueries. You will be joining a small, supportive finance team, so there will be a need to help out across the wider accounts department during busy periods and to cover holiday.
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful, you will need to have an understanding of what purchase ledger is, gained from having some experience in a previous role. It's important to bring enthusiasm too, as well as a willingness to help out the wider team when required.
**What you'll get in return**
In return, a good benefits package is on offer here which includes a £23,000 - £26,000 salary, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, life assurance, a health care scheme and a 5% employer pension contribution. The role will be fully office-based.
