At Arm, you’ll be able to do great things and use your skills to build next-generation tech that's used all over the world.

**About the team**

As well as producing technical content ourselves, Content Services own, govern, and deliver the standards Arm applies to its technical content to ensure our content is useful, discoverable, and consistent. We use a variety of tools, skills, and capabilities to help the business achieve this, from using data analytics to craft the journeys through to defining how the words and pictures are displayed on Arm's technical content websites.

We are a highly collaborative and inclusive team, working together in an agile way to deliver technical content and digital services to Arm. Working directly with other members of the team, you'll also have a buddy to guide you through the intricacies of life at Arm, ensuring you get the very best out of your experience with us.

**Job Overview**
- Using analytics tools to observe trends or analyse patterns in our users' behaviour, gain insights, or suggest improvements.
- Performing user research to identify future needs or content gaps, or to help define ways to deliver Arm's technical content strategy.

**Job Requirements**

Whilst we will develop and enhance your experience and skills on program, there are a few things that you need to offer too, such as:

- An active curiosity about technology, and a willingness to learn about Arm’s products and how our partners use them.Excellent verbal and written communication, and problem solving skills.
- The ability to maintain quality and precision while producing and editing technical content.
- Creativity and an open mind.
- You can work to a schedule, multi-task, work well within a highly engaged and proactive team, and with other groups around Arm.

**Additional Information**

**Graduate Start Date: September 2024**

**In Return**:
In addition to a competitive salary and comprehensive rewards package, you'll also receive the support, autonomy and opportunity to excel your career.

With a mid-year, and year-end review you'll have two windows each year to progress recognising the pace at which you could grow. Attend our "Grad-teach-Grads" workshops, guest speaker series and various social events to expand your knowledge.

Want to take this a step further? Join our Graduate Committee and hone in on your planning, networking and co-ordination skills.

You'll also be invited to our exclusive Global Graduate Conference (GGC) A yearly occurrence exclusive for Graduates allowing you to hear from executive members, inspiring speakers and make connections for life.
