Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of our salon's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) by curating and creating vibrant, high-quality content that reflects our salon's personality.
- Get creative with Canva—design eye-catching graphics, flyers, and advertisements for both digital and print purposes.
- Use CapCut or similar video editing apps to craft dynamic video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media and ad performance metrics to keep our strategies on point.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a warm, welcoming online community for Style Nation by Kimmy.
- Manage salon booking apps such as Treatwell and Phorest to ensure smooth scheduling and a top-notch customer experience.
- Collaborate with the owner to plan upcoming promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Stay on top of the latest trends in digital marketing and social media to keep our content fresh and fun.
- Research competitors' social media and digital marketing strategies to find new opportunities and insights.
Qualifications:
- GCSEs and at least one year of marketing experience.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the latest trends in digital marketing.
- Experience with Canva for designing graphics and promotional materials.
- Familiarity with CapCut or other video editing apps for creating dynamic video content.
- Experience with salon booking apps such as Treatwell and Phorest to manage appointments and enhance customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms.
Salary Expectation:
The salary for this position ranges from £800 to £1,000 per month, depending on experience. In addition to compensation, you'll enjoy the following benefits:
