Job Introduction
**12 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment**

Are you passionate about our public open spaces and ensuring they are clean and safe for residents?

You will be a member of the Neighbourhood Services Grounds & Cleansing team who oversee cleansing and grounds services across the borough.

In this role you will be largely site based and will monitor and report on environmental standards, prepare action plans to provide direction to the contractor’s environmental teams to improve environmental standards.

You will work within hot spot areas and work with Enforcement Officers and Neighbourhood Services Locality Teams to take proactive and reactive action to improve the quality of public open spaces.

The role is Monday to Friday. You will be working as a dedicated officer within one of our parish areas. A full driving license is essential and you must have your own form of transport.
