**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Prepare documents and organise filing system
- Coordinate travel bookings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks / Sage
- Data entry and assisting the company accountant
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
