- 30 hours per week- The role- We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our amazing team of care workers at our extra care scheme in Ryde This is a part-time role based on a 30-hour working week (wakeful nights) on a permanent basis- In this role, you’ll be providing responsive care to our residents at Ryde Village. This is a hands-on role where you’ll actively help our residents to live an independently within their home and wider community, whilst promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.- The location- You will be working at our Extra Care Scheme, Ryde Village, which opened in 2020. The scheme has been built to a high specification. All the flats and communal areas have been designed with the residents needs in mind.- What you'll have- If you don’t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we’ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings.
