We are looking for a Music Producer to join our team and work with our recording studio, artists and other stakeholders to oversee the process of producing and releasing music. This role will involve managing projects from start to finish and ensuring deadlines are met, whilst keeping the artist(s) happy.

This is a full-time position, working with our recording studio, artists and other stakeholders to oversee the process of producing and releasing music. As part of the team, you will be expected to work hard and deliver results on time.

Your role involves overseeing the recording, production and mastering of music and its release to the public. You'll work with multiple teams including artists, writers and other staff throughout the production. You must be able to coach artists, negotiate budgets and expenses, all whilst creating high-quality recordings. You will also work closely with attorneys, managers and publishers to make sure the album meets legal requirements before release; oversee marketing and promotion plans; ensure an album meets its target audience's needs; use data analytics software to generate ideas for album creation; troubleshoot sound problems; conduct focus groups; obtain clearance for samples used in recordings; create advertising campaigns for new albums or singles."

Ultimately, you will work with a wide variety of professionals such as composers, instrumentalists and artists to produce musical projects within budget and on schedule.

**_Responsibilities: _**
- Arrange compositions, run recording sessions, and suggest changes to instrumentation, effects, and lyrics.
- Guide the mixing, mastering, and recording engineers.
- Gather ideas and inspiration for projects and develop the vision and direction for each project.
- Manage project budgets and handle contracts and negotiations.
- Develop production timelines and tracks advertiser-supplied product & assets for integrations.
- Keep internal department workflow and tracking documents up to date.
- Log and archive all content the company produces.
- Edit music clips of integrated content the company produces and upload them on the company’s website.
- Work closely with the network or studio scheduling team to track delivery, air/publish dates, and times of upcoming integrated content.
- Support the team on all integrations and proposals.

**_Required Qualifications: _**
- Bachelor’s degree in science of music, or Bachelor’s degree in music
- 1+ years’ experience using digital audio hardware and software
- Firm grasp of sound editing techniques
- Knowledge of industry law and ethics

**Salary**: £32,500.00 per year
