We have a fantastic opportunity for a performance and safety driven team player to join our busy Facilities team in the position of Facilities and Real Estate Supervisor at our flagship location in Luton.

**Your new role**:
As Facilities Supervisor you will deliver strong leadership to the Facilities team, setting clear objectives with a focus on delivering safe, customer excellence and pro-active delivery programmes. Day to day you will be responsible for supervising the running and take responsibility of the Facilities operation; acting as the first point of contact in absence of the Airside Manager.

As Facilities and Real Estate Supervisor you will be responsible for remaining compliant with all safety regulations and will work with the Airside Manager to ensure the team also remain compliant and up to date with training, ensure a safe culture through observations, shift briefings and handovers and be willing and able to work within and across other departments if and when required.

**About you**:
You will have demonstrable leadership ability, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment. Strong customer service skills and excellent personal presentation are essential.

You are required to have a full and clean driving license and a checkable five-year employment history.
