**Could you build a community?**

**The Torbay Community Development Trust is currently looking for a part-time Community Builder. You would engage with isolated vulnerable people and support people in building connected and caring communities that are welcoming places for people to live together.**

We are looking for a motivator, connector, communicator, tactician, peacemaker and storyteller. Someone who is confident, kind, resourceful, courageous, warm and can encourage people, weave relationships and help local people build their communities.

**Salary**: £23,407 per annum (pro rata / fulltime equivalent)

Required hours: minimum hours 18.75 Hours to be negotiated
