We are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and meticulous team member for our growing office in Fareham to **deliver training and assess new packages.** There will be potential to grow into a managerial role, if not, its also a great position to support our current Management Team.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the development of systems to evaluate and improve capturing evidence of an outstanding care service.
- To maintain robust monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance systems, reporting any concerns to the Registered Manager and company Director.
- To support the teams in order to deliver results to meet the expectations of our clients and governing bodies
- Ensure outstanding compliance across the business and to support the business in achieving Outstanding feedback from CQC and Local Authority and Right at Home inspections
- To assist in the responsibility of staff - to plan, allocate and evaluate the quality of work and training needs
- Continually review and improve processes to ensure the most effective and efficient service is being delivered
- To carry out robust spot checks, service reviews, observations and file/ documentation audits.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Hold a QCF / NVQ Level 2/3 is desirable.
- In depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria and other regulatory requirements
- Junior management experience of service provision in the care industry
- Experience managing a team, conducting meetings and appraisals.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
