- **AM shift available** - 6 am to 5 pm working 4 days out of 6 (Monday-Saturday). The AM shift includes working 3 in 5 Saturdays.
- **PM shift available** - 10.30 am to 9.30 pm working 4 days out of 6 (Monday
- Saturday). The PM shift includes working 2 in 5 Saturdays. Please note when working a Saturday the PM shift hours are 7 am until 6 pm.

The PM shift for this role attracts a shift premium of 3.1% Monthly with an additional potential earning of up to **£883.50, Annual**

**Please note**: To land this role as a Customer Delivery Driver Installer you’ll need a valid UK C1 Driving Licence with no more than 6 points, a valid DCPC and a valid Tachograph Card.

Whilst in our Customer’s Homes you will carry out wet connections and TV & Audio installations along with the assembly of products. Once fully proficient in the Installer role, you will receive further training and development, to progress to a Technician position. The CDH Technician role includes TV Wall Mounts and Integrated appliances installations with all training taking place at one of our Technical Training Centres. Having completed the training and is qualified as a Technician your pay will increase to £31,768.92, annually.

**As a Customer Delivery Driver Installer your typical day may involve**:

- Carrying out vehicle checks before you start your journey
- Handling a complex installation in a customer's home
- Using the latest in-cab technology and multi functional devices to navigate your day
- Working as a 2 person team you will be responsible for organising your day, including providing excellent customer service and operating within transport legislation requirements

**Required essential experience skills and qualifications**:

- The ability to cope with the physical requirements of the role (this role requires heavy lifting).
- Previous experience driving above 3.5-tonne vehicles.
- Good communication skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
- Excellent Customer service skills

**Desirable experience skills and qualifications**:

- Installation and disconnection of white goods.
- TV installations
- Assembly of flat pack
