Childminding Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and passionate childminding assistant to provide exceptional care for children at Bambini Montessori Childcare.

As a childminding assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children under your care in the setting. This is an opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives and contribute to their growth and happiness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage in age-appropriate activities with, with the use of planning.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- May prepare or assist with meals and snacks for children
- Assist with the daily routine including meeting children's needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of children's areas.
- Adhere to Bambini Montessori Childcare's policies and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children of various ages
- Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage
- Ability to effectively manage multiple children at once.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong understanding of childcare safety protocols
- Leadership qualities to guide and supervise children's activities

Desirable Qualifications and training.
- Cache Level 2/3 in childcare
- Knowledge of the EYFS
- Safegaurding Training
- Food & Hygiene Training
